OUR MOTTO IS TO S.E.R.V.E
We are a hardworking group of women that have a commitment to serve the community of Grapevine. Each year we look forward to helping students within GCISD by providing school supplies at the start of each school year. Each December we provide gifts and other necessities for over 100 senior adults during the Christmas season.
The Women’s Division motto is S.E.R.V.E – support, engage, respect, volunteer and encourage. It is what we do each year, and will continue to grow upon and develop.

FUNDS RAISED SUPPORT:
Christmas Spirit Program
Every year, we partner with Serving Our Seniors and GRACE to fulfill Christmas wish lists from community members with disabilities and economically-challenged clients, most of whom are senior adults.
Starting in November, Christmas “wish list” trees are located at both the Grapevine REC, and the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce office. Come early, as Christmas ornaments are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and are usually “adopted” before the end of the allotted time. Choose an ornament, shop from the wish list, and return the new wrapped gifts to either the Grapevine REC or the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce. The Women’s Division delivers these gifts, along with a care package of necessary supplies and a cash gift.
School Supply Program
Since 1991, the Women’s Division has provided funding for the purchase of school supplies for those students in GCISD who are in need of assistance. In 2023, over 1,600 students received school supply packs with essential school supplies at the beginning of the new school year. The Women’s Division believes that every child is entitled to start the new school year equipped with sufficient supplies to be prepared to learn.
School supplies are distributed at our Back to School Fair, in partnership with GCISD and 121 Community Church. Volunteers are needed at this event so keep an eye out for more information on how you can help!
