Building for Our Future: Gary & Cynthia Blankenship Business Center
Why Does the Chamber Need to Expand?
Because our member businesses are growing and thriving, we’re looking toward the future. We continue to add value with continuing education, marketing our small businesses & building strong networks of a regional business community – creating an environment for all of our business to flourish. We are looking at more ways to recruit employees, facilitate people engagement and to give back to our community through involvement and promotion.
At our 2019 September Membership Luncheon, we shared a very special announcement with regards to this project. We have secured a naming sponsor for the new building! We are thrilled to announce our building naming sponsors: Gary and Cynthia Blankenship! Because of the generous donation of the Blankenships, the building will be the Gary and Cynthia Blankenship Business Center of the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce. Please help us thank them. Gary and Cynthia started Bank of the West in 1985. Gary serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and Cynthia is the Vice Chairman and Corporate President for Bank of the West. The Blankenships and Bank of the West have been huge community partners here in Grapevine, giving back in countless ways.
