Directory Sponsorship Agreement

· Payment must be received prior to printing of publication to have advertisement included.

· Copy shall be published as submitted in original proof form, unless a subsequent revise is requested by advertiser in writing. The Grapevine Chamber assumes no liability for any copy error unless proof is returned in time for correction to be made prior to established deadlines. Advertiser agrees to accept a corrected display ad in the next edition of the publication, at no charge, in the event that liability for the error rests with the Chamber.

· Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce harmless against all loses, liability, damage and expense of whatever nature arising out of copying, printing, publishing or distributing of advertisement and any delays in delivery of the publication caused by fire, strikes, accidents, government regulations, political situations or other causes beyond the control of the Chamber.

· The publisher reserves the right to reject any advertisement, photograph, or illustration which is deemed not to be in keeping with the standards of the publication. Advertising position requests are subject to Chamber of Commerce editorial, makeup or layout changes.

· IMPORTANT NOTE: This contract is non-cancelable by advertiser and advertiser acknowledges full and complete understanding of these terms. No conditions except those written herein are part of this agreement between advertiser and the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce.
