Leadership Grapevine

A program of the City of Grapevine and the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Grapevine
offers an educational experience designed to develop an awareness of the city, its relationship with
the DFW Metroplex and to provide personal leadership training. At the conclusion of the program,
participants are better prepared, to seek leadership roles, both within their business and community.

Participation in the class is limited. Leadership Grapevine participants are selected through an application and selection process, with the purpose of this process to assure a mix of people from diverse backgrounds and experiences that represent a cross-section of the city.

If you have any questions about Leadership Grapevine, please contact the Chamber at (817) 481-1522.

Leadership Grapevine Board of Directors

Each year, three (3) Leadership Grapevine alumni are chosen for the Leadership Grapevine Board of Directors. These Directors assist in analyzing past class evaluations, as well as to develop the future classes. Terms are 1 year and start each June. Boards meetings are every 4 months. Board Directors typically join in on a variety of classes and attend Graduation each May.

Leadership Grapevine Alumni Association
Connect | Mentor | Generate | Engage

Leadership Grapevine has been going strong for 25 years. Over 400 leaders have graduated from the program with approximately 300 still in the surrounding area and connected to the community and its leadership.

Annually, each March, alumni are asked to join the $100 Club. This is essentially their annual dues. Dues collected go towards service projects the alumni undertake, to educational programs and social gatherings.

Scheduled gatherings can include participation in current classes, updates on City operations, the latest news on economic development, leadership tips from subject matter experts or community service projects.
